茄子不退色之秘
以前知道煮茄子唔想佢變啡色就要先用油炸佢咁煮出嚟㗎茄子就會好靚。出街食㗎茄子就係咁整,雖然好靚,但係好油淋淋,唔健康,所以好少晌街食。自己整當唔想用油炸,就惟有犧牲色相,茄子㗎色相,用健康 D 㗎整法,整到 D 茄子啡晒。。。
前幾日上網睇倒個方法唔洗油炸,都可以保存茄子㗎紫色,就係將茄子炒一炒之後蓋上蓋,焗幾分鐘,焗到佢熟,咁就得啦。為免焗得太耐而令茄子變色,切茄子時可以切得細 D,咁就快熟 D 啦。

地地,多謝你分享,我最怕要係屋企將茄子走油,而家可以整魚香茄子煲啦
