香茅焗雞脾
突然想食香茅整㗎餸,所以前幾日買咗幾枝返嚟。今日攞嚟焗雞脾。焗嘢真係好方便,預早醃定,跟住幾時放入焗爐都得,焗熟之後熄火,要食時再焗返熱就得。
今次用咗香茅碎,魚露,蒜頭醃,焗到最後加少少蜜糖。又香又好味,仲好易整!
