焗香草咸豬肉

最近揾倒個blog (caroleasylife.blogspot) 有好多食譜,中西主餐小吃蛋糕麵包醬汁應有盡有。而且圖文並茂非常清楚,晌入面揾倒唔少好煮意!呢個餸係其中一個。



先將一大匙綜合香草同鹽揸勻舊豬肉。我晌Costco 買咗一大 pack 夾心肉,攞咗一條嚟整。然後放入冰箱三至四日。食日攞出嚟解凍至室溫,然後用350F焗大約半個鐘。確保佢熟就得啦!
