我發覺自己雖然煮咗好多年飯,但對煲煲鑊鑊冇乜認識。晌美國,最常見㗎係易潔鑊/pan. 我一直都係用易潔 pan。呢 D 易潔嘢初初係好用,但係就好易花。就算我好小心咁用,始終都會花。花咗就驚佢㗎 coating 會脱落,食咗有害身體,所以就要買過隻新嘅,既唔健康,又唔環保。。。
我唔想再用呢 D 易潔嘢,所以開始研究吓有咩其他選擇:
LC: 好多人都一用上癮,我成日心郁郁想買返隻試吓。不過都幾貴,而且好重。老公話呢 D 五顏六色,都係有 coating, 佢唔多鐘意。
Cast iron: 傳統美國家庭常見,一隻 pan 只係十幾蚊美金,但同 LC 一樣都係重,因大家都係 cast iron. 煮嘢食時都應該 ok, 但洗㗎時間我驚會撞爆個 sink... 咁就大鑊啦。。。
不銹鋼: 用嚟煲湯都可以,但煎嘢炒嘢要用好多油至唔痴。。。
仲有咩 aluminum 加唔知咩 coating, titanium 呀, ceramic 呀。。。。。
終於都係睇返中國人用開㗎鑊。原來鑊有 cast iron 或者carbon steel. 當我仲研究緊邊隻好㗎時間,我有個朋友就話晌香港買㗎黑金鋼又平又好用!咁可能要老公九月返去㗎時候"咩"隻返嚟啦!反正佢成日都話香港冇嘢好買!哈哈
與此同時,我有另一個朋友用緊韓國超市賣㗎石鑊。唔洗廿蚊隻,係aluminum 加 marble coating. 佢話好用,咁我又試試。我相信呢個都唔會 last forever,用用吓都會花㗎啦,但可以晌買鑊之前用住先。
依家仲心大心細,好唔好上 Amazon 買住隻鑊先呢?
Cast iron will rust.
ReplyDeleteTry to buy a good stainless steel pan. I use it to pan fry all the time. It has minimal sticking.
I thought if you take proper care of a cast iron pan, it won't rust.
