菠蘿小蛋糕(附食譜)

呢排好鐘意整小蛋糕,因為好快好容易,又可以試唔同口味。今次搵倒個orange pineapple muffin 㗎食譜。屋企剛剛有罐菠蘿,可以試下喇!原來食譜有加orange extract 不過屋企冇,另外食譜有orange zest 不過我懶得整,所以冇落。落埋我諗會好香!攪好個dough 有D杰,驚焗起會好實,想加多隻蛋或者加D奶,不過冇加。點知焗出嚟好鬆軟喎!好味!


Ingredients:
2 cups (260 grams) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
1 large egg
3/4 cup (180 ml) sour cream or plain yogurt
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
1, Preheat oven 350F. prepare muffin tin.
2, Whisk to combine, the flour, salt, and baking soda. 
3, Cream together the butter and sugar.
4, Add the egg and beat until incorporated.
5, Beat in the plain yogurt.
6, Add the flour mixture and beat just until incorporated.

7, spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 min.
