今次試下加水盆入焗爐,D蛋糕真係好似鬆軟D喎!
雖然成日整,但係我仲用緊一蚊店D錫紙盆,睇嚟我要買個正式焗盆至得!
食譜Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon green tea powder
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1.5 egg
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and green tea powder; set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the yogurt, mixing just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared muffin cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
