今次係用番之前香蕉蛋糕個食譜,不過將sour cream 轉咗用plain yogurt. 上次D sour cream 用嚟整咗一次香蕉蛋糕之後就冇用,結果壞咗。用plain yogurt 好D,因為我會食,用唔晒可以食咗佢,唔會浪費,而且我用non fat 㗎plain yogurt, 健康D。
Banana Muffin
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, soften
- 1 cup white sugar (我少落過1 cup D)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup banana, mashed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, cream together the soften butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, fold in the plain yogurt and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15-20 min, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.
