綠茶小蛋糕(附食譜)


我一向都鐘意飲綠茶同食綠茶味㗎嘢,不論係蛋糕、麵包、雪糕、餅乾⋯⋯總之有綠茶就鐘意!

呢排想焗綠茶味㗎嘢,不過屋企D綠茶粉用晒。呢度唔多地方有得買,有都唔平。上網搵過又係貴,一細罐要廿幾蚊美金,唔捨得買。於是我趁阿哥過嚟,請媽媽買然後叫阿哥帶過嚟。

琴晚老公遲咗少少返,我就在等開飯時快快手整咗個綠茶小蛋糕。



易就易整,味道都唔差,不過我覺得綠茶味唔夠濃。
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sale
  • 2 teaspoon green tea powder
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 egg
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and green tea powder; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the yogurt, mixing just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared muffin cup.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
