香葱肉鬆煎餅
睇小菲菲個 blog, 見佢成日整煎餅,又形容到好易整,咁我就試吓啦!
佢話六,七匙麵粉,一小匙酵母,一匙糖同少少油。加適量暖水搓成麵團,放入雪櫃發酵一晚。我跟住做,入面加咗葱同肉鬆。
一晚過後,我舊麵團都好似冇發酵。。。
不過我唔理,照煎。都食得吓嘅!:p
