三文魚頭炆豆卜
以前整過幾次三文魚頭,都係加少少鹽同胡椒焗。方便快捷。今次試吓炆,原來都好快好容易!
首先將三文魚洗淨整乾,用少少鹽同麵粉撈一撈佢,跟住煎煎佢。
然後加入豆卜,少少豉油,糖,蠔油,水,拌勻,炆焗至三文魚熟就得喇!
