無水蒸海鮮
成日見人用 LC 㷛整無水蒸海鮮,好正咁,好想試整,但係又冇 LC㷛喎。最近發現原來玻璃㷛或者康寧㷛都得。
琴日買咗幾隻蜆同蝦,仲有白蘿蔔同紹菜,試整無水蒸海鮮。
一開始太細火,所以煮咗十幾分鐘都冇咩起色。之後效大少少火,都係中火之下,就開始見啲菜出水,蝦開始轉色。最後煮咗三十幾分鐘啲蜆至開口。
其實啲嘢都係啱啱熟咋,下次試吓一開始開大少少火可能好啲。
咁樣煮法,啲海鮮真係原汁原味,唔洗調味都好好食!揾日要再煮過!
