雲石蛋糕(附食譜)

突然好想整呢個蛋糕,懶惰架我搵倒個美國食譜,材料份量係用cup 同teaspoon,唔洗用磅磅D材料!哈哈! 我唔想整咁多,於是將個食譜scaledown一半,用咗個8串四方盆(仲未買其他盆!).... 

焗咗15分鐘,未得,再焗多5分鐘,得到個面都裂開... 有D樣衰... 



Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 
  2. Cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Mix in egg,then flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and milk. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup batter; pour the remainder into pan.
  4. Stir cocoa into the 1/2 cup reserved batter. Drop by spoonfuls over top of white batter. Using a knife, swirl the cocoa batter into the white batter to incorporate it in a marble effect.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until an inserted wooden pick comes out clean.
